"Tore off old deck in back of house. Built an attached 28x40 garage with high ceilings with an additional room above half of the garage. Built a wraparound porch with trex flooring and vinyl railings. Additional porch in back of house. Three sets of steps off wraparound porch and one set of steps off back porch. Underneath of porch, roofs were put at an angle which really looks great. French door was installed in dining room leading to side of porch along with window being removed in back of dining room to make a solid wall. All new siding and roof on entire residence. Windows were installed in garage and new room. The fact that everything was done at the same time was wonderful, it doesn’t look like an addition was put on, everything blends in and looks great."
